Shipping policy

GENERAL

-Items are either shipped from Vietnam or Finland, depending on the destination and what stock is available at that time. 

-Pre-orders are sent as soon as I receive the items from the manufacturer. The production process starts after the preorder ends and it might take up to 1-2 months until I can start sending out packages. 

-Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until everything is ready to be shipped. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, you must make a separate purchase. 

-For in-stock items, I will ship once a week or once every two weeks, depending on the number of orders I have received.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & SERVICE FEES

-Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax.

 -I'm not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something the seller is able to control or reliably predict..
