Do EU customers need to pay for import tax if the package is shipped from Vietnam?

Eu customers don't need to pay any VAT or import taxes, as I will be taking care of them myself. If there is somehow a mistake and you are asked to pay the import fee to receive the package, please contact me asap.

 

It's been a while and I haven't receive my package yet.

Due to COVID19, there has been significant delays in delivery time. Therefore, your package might take several weeks to arrive, regardless of destination. 

If you choose tracked shipment, I will be happy to help you find out where you package is.

 

Can I change my address?

Yes, please contact me with your new address as soon as possible. I can change your address as long as your package hasn't been shipped yet. Make sure to double check your address at checkout.

 

I think my package is lost. 

Please contact me with your name and order number, I will investigate and we can work out a solution together.

If you choose untracked shipment (priority letter), unfortunately I can't take responsibility of what happens to it. 

 

My order is incorrect/missing item

 Please contact me with your name and order number and I will arrange a replacement or refund

 

My order arrived damaged

Please contact me with photos and your order number if your order arrived damaged and I can send a replacement or refund. However, if the package is damaged in the manner beyond my control, I might not be able to take responsibility for that.
