Refund policy

Cancellations


No cancellations for any orders with preorder items.

Cancellations for instock items must be done within 48 hours upon placing the order, sale will be final if 48 hours have passed and you haven't emailed me to cancel. 


Preorder and Shipping


Manufacturing often takes 2-4 weeks. Orders with combined preorder items and in stock items will only ship out once all merch is with me. 


Customs and Taxes

 

Buyers from EU countries don't need to pay VAT for their orders, as the VAT is included in the price.

Except for EU customers, all buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


Change in Address


Please update me immediately if there's a change in address as I will not be liable if your package gets lost or returned to me due to a change in address.


Lost/Delayed Mail


Once an order is shipped, it's out of my hands and I do not offer refunds. You may track your mail through ship24 , 17track , or Asendia.


Please coordinate with your local post office if there are delays with your package or if your package was not able to be delivered to your chosen address. 


Returned mail


If a shipped order bounces back to me, I will contact the customer about it. If the error is due to a wrong address, you'll have to shoulder the shipping fee again. 


Damaged/Incorrect/Missing Items


Please email me and I'll help you! However, if the fault is due to the post office's negligence, I will not offer a refund.
